PRIVACY

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Clearpath solution Limited website handles information, including details submitted through its business enquiry form.

Last updated: 4 November 2026

Information you submit

The form collects the company name, contact name, email address, service selection and description of business needs that you provide, together with your consent confirmation. An accepted submission is recorded with a submission timestamp and reference.

Use a high-level description. Do not provide bank account details, passwords, identity documents, payment information or confidential financial records. The enquiry form is not a document-upload or client-record portal.

Purpose and submission confirmation

The information is used to review the request, understand whether it fits the service scope and support any relevant follow-up. Providing an email address gives the company a contact point if a response is made. The form does not sign you up to a marketing mailing list.

You must confirm consent before submitting. A success message and reference mean that the website has accepted the enquiry; they do not confirm that it has been read or that an engagement has begun. The website does not currently send an automatic confirmation email.

Private storage and service providers

Vercel provides the website hosting and private storage used for enquiries. Submitted records are reviewed through an inbox protected by owner authentication. They are not published as website pages or placed in a publicly accessible enquiry list.

Hosting and storage providers process information needed to operate their services. Website delivery also involves ordinary connection information and may generate provider security or connection logs. A private storage setting is a safeguard, rather than a guarantee that any online service is free from risk.

Abuse prevention and retention

Submission checks help limit automated abuse, invalid requests and repeated submissions. Anti-abuse records use a hashed representation of the connection address, rather than a raw IP address. Enforcement windows are time-limited, but these private records may remain in storage pending operational deletion. They are separate from the enquiry’s business content.

Submitting creates a stored enquiry that remains after you close the page. The website does not specify a fixed retention deadline. You can ask about a stored record or request its correction or deletion through the process below; any applicable record-keeping obligations may affect what can be removed.

Questions, requests and future changes

Use the enquiry form for a privacy request and begin the message with ‘Privacy request’. Describe the request and include an existing enquiry reference if available. Do not send identity documents or passwords. Additional information may be needed to establish which record the request concerns and that you are entitled to access it.

Following an external source link takes you to a website with its own information practices. This policy will need to reflect material changes to the website’s collection or use of information. Any rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.
