TERMS

Terms of Use

These terms concern use of the Clearpath solution Limited website, its general information and its enquiry form. A professional services engagement requires a separate formal agreement; browsing the website or submitting a request does not create one.

Purpose of the website

The website explains corporate financial planning, analysis and advisory services and provides general business information. It does not assess the circumstances of every visitor. Articles, diagrams and examples are educational material rather than a recommendation to take a particular financial action.

Service descriptions explain the kinds of work that may be agreed. They are not an offer to provide an undefined assignment at a standard price, a promise that a request will be accepted or a guarantee of a financial result.

Using the enquiry form

Submit accurate contact information and only information that you are entitled to share. Keep the description at a high level. Do not submit bank credentials, identity documents, payment details, confidential financial records or material that infringes another person’s rights.

An accepted submission receives an on-screen reference. This records receipt by the website, rather than acceptance of an assignment or confirmation of a response time. No automatic confirmation email is currently sent. Keep the reference if you need to identify the enquiry later.

Engagements and management decisions

The purpose, scope, deliverables, information responsibilities, fees and timing must be defined in a formal service agreement before professional work begins. Project work and continuing support require the scope and review arrangements appropriate to each assignment.

Management remains responsible for its decisions and implementation. A planning model or forecast depends on its assumptions; a risk review does not establish that all exposures have been found. The website does not replace legal, tax, audit or regulated investment advice.

Acceptable use and external material

Do not attempt to access the private enquiry inbox without authorisation, interfere with the website, introduce harmful code or overwhelm the submission service. Do not misrepresent illustrative figures as actual company or client performance.

Preserve relevant source attribution when sharing excerpts. External resources are provided for reference and remain subject to their own terms. A link does not establish an affiliation, endorsement or responsibility for that website’s content.

Availability and applicable rights

Content and features may change, and uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors is not guaranteed. Information should be checked for relevance, date and limitations before it is used for a business decision.

These terms do not exclude responsibility or restrict rights where applicable law does not permit that exclusion or restriction. Questions about website use can be submitted through the enquiry form.
